Synopsis
Right in the middle of the most hostile place on Earth, love finds its way every winter. On the unconquerable, isolated ice of Antarctica, far away in the most inhospitable place at the bottom of the Earth, a truly extraordinary journey takes place, and has been doing so, in the same way, for milleniums. Emperor Penguins, in their thousands, abandon the security of the crystalline blue waters where they live and clamber to the icy surface to begin their long expedition to a region so secluded and so harsh that it does not shelter any other life-forms at this time of year. In single file, the penguins march blindly through the snowstorms, hurt by the force of the gusts of wind. Resolute, not giving in, they are driven by the irresistible need to reproduce in order to ensure the specie's survival.
