Synopsis
Once upon a time there was a neighbourhood in Lisbon. A neighbourhood that one day someone, unable to see into the future, christened with the name Anjos (Angels). This documentary deals with the difficulties of living together, for the home and shop owners on the one hand, and the drug addicts on the other. At the end of the day, who is the bad guy?
