Synopsis
This is the story, in three parts, of the Agbar Tower in Barcelona, designed by Jean Nouvel. The 144 metres high building, with a circular, glass and metal facade, was recently opened. What better commentary exists on a work that dominates its surrounding landscape to such an extent than to film it to evaluate its impact? The director's starting point is radical and minimalist: four long, fixed scenes, which reduce the Tower's imposing presence and place it within the dense urban landscape.
