Part 1: “LA MIRE AMERE” - for 10 days, the French television station, France 3 is on strike. As negotiations take place, the union groups together propose a protocol to those on strike, which, although rejected by the majority of them, ends up being accepted in an agreement between the trade unions and the management. Beginning from this emblematic conflict, the film comes to reflect on the trade unions' mandate as well as on representation, mediation and democracy. Part 2: “ON A RAISON DE S'INQUIETER” - for 22 days, France 3 is on strike again, due to issues concerning salaries but also to defend a public service that is more and more widely privatised. Reflection on the value and values of the media empire.
