In a short, half-hour long film, the director Ivo M. Ferreira begins the adventure of a wider project: to record the presence and performances of oral narrators in the Lusophone world. Privileged people who inherit and transmit local cultures, people that stand out within small (sometimes tiny) communities for their recreational, artistic and pedagogical roles, these narrators remain unknown and their performance and function ignored outside of these communities. This documentary starts this recording process, but also the arduous passage of its identification and localization, the search and conditions required for a possible meeting.
