Synopsis
The life, thoughts and feelings of 14 women from the Islands of Cape Verde, most of whom live in the Bairro Alto neighbourhood of Cova da Moura, a degenerated area in Buraca. Aside from coming from Ilha de Santiago, they have in common the fact that they all form part of "Grupo Finka-pé". Founded eight years ago, this music group keeps these women united by the same project and contributes to a valuable exchange of experiences between them and the community in which they live.
