Synopsis
“The Mapuches resisted the Spanish and Chilean conquest for over 300 years and though many died in the process they still persevere today in the Andes Mountains of Chile. Their latest test of survival is the hydroelectric dam that is forcing them out of their land. The dam is destroying the forest, the community and their livelihood. It is a limited choice - whether to sign off their rights or not - and many in the community are in conflict.”
