Synopsis
Anas Zaghlul was once a Palestinian swimming champion. He lives in the proud city of Nablus, in Palestine. Years ago, in the dead of night, Anas tripped over a woman’s severed head. Since then, Anas has stood constantly on the edge of madness. Nevertheless, he tries to lead a normal life and stay sane in the face of everything. At times, the melodies and words of Um Kulzum, the queen of Arab song, offer him a reason to live.
