Synopsis
In the northeast of Brazil, Anibal, politician philosopher, lends his medical services to the poor inhabitants of his village, all while yending to his little zebu breeding ground. During his electoral campaign for city legislator, he goes door to door, exchanging promises of medical care. Anibal lets us enter into his territory and the imaginary of this world where men are connected to each other by the necessity of survive.
