Synopsis
Uncontrolled observational film on national identity, heritage and the loneliness of ageing power. The glory years as speaker of the house and Secretary of Defence are long gone for Governor Anders Bjorck. Reduced to the local periphery, he still craves the attention and respect he once held and constantly does his best to be in the limelight. In the meantime he struggles with the daily tasks of local politics; attending pointless meetings, reading bland reports, writing speeches no one listens to and briefing detached staff.
