Duration 42 min
Synopsis
A black humor type of court mechanism in the undeclared war. Two states (Serbia and Croatia) did not declare war to each other in 1991, but they did simultaneously make a mutual legal show (four trials, with consequences lasting two decades) against one officer and they sentenced him for one and the same event, each from its own point of interest: In Serbia, he is sentenced as a traitor (11 years imprisonment), in Croatia as a war criminal (15 years imprisonment). An absurd situation, unrecorded in military and civil history.
