Synopsis
The suburb of Paris: St Denis, during a training period teaching women to write, to read, to sew. They want to read, to write, they want their children to succeed: the utmost challenge for them. At he end of the 6 months period, what have they learnt.? Are they more confident? Fortified? They have made very small steps forward, barely perceptible for us, but huge for them. And even if this period doesn't open many doors, its main interest is to link these women to a group, to society, this very society which so easily excludes them.
