Lot of charges have been brought against various individuals and different criminal groups, but no government actions or juridical sentences followed. Using a method of making interviews with competent personalities, the authors of this film are trying to find out facts about frequently mentioned corruption and criminal activities in Serbian culture. Despite this, a lot of details concerning different actions like financing films and other expensive projects "of national importance", the same as strange methods of privatization during the Serbian transition in last decade, are still remaining unknown to the public and forbidden for discussion.
