The piece is filmed in Tel-Aviv's Old Bus Station. This area seems to operate by its own rules and even familiar Israeli entities, such as emergency services, obey them. In my hours of walking in Arcadia, I have learned this to be the reality there. I realised that even more troubling than the eternally falling man, is the attitude of perceiving the event as normal. That is just how things are there.
