Gilho, who is the main character of this film, prepares for the civil service. One day, he chances upon a girl named Jungsuk who once crashed on him. They become a since she still liked him. Soon, they move in together. However, they not seen better days for a long time. Jungsuk mother drops in without warning, and she notices that they are living together. They end up breaking up. Gilho fails to get a job. His heroism books, which he wrote to pass the time, gains popularity and he starts his literary career. Before long, he calls on Jungsuk again. He fesses up, Jungsuk is the one he loves most in the universe. And they are back together., Gilho and Jungsuk are sweetly sitting on a train. The train is leaving, and Gilho tells her about his fantasy novel named Galaxy Public Officer. They became the main characters of the novel, seeing galaxy outside of the window. It is seen that the train they are on is passing by the universe, whistling a whistle.
