Sinopse
Little Questions is a documentary that follows the journey of Ana, a young Canadian girl trying to understand what war is. Her questions are taken to those who have experienced war as children, and those who have participated in war as child soldiers. Armed only with curiosity, Ana reveals the injustice of losing one’s childhood. Her simple, honest questions become a powerful tool for deconstructing and rethinking war at a time in history when the number of children impacted by war is greater than ever. The answers to Ana’s questions chip away the perceived inevitability of war, revealing it as futile and suggesting hope rests in children’s imaginations. By documenting the polar juxtaposition between Ana’s childhood and those of the people she interviews, Little Questions asks, what is childhood and who is entitled to it?
