The picture of an old factory, somewhere in a small town of Europe, decomposes setting up a collage that makes us dream and fly as the cinema itself: variations, interferences, tweaks and transfiguration of the landscape that enter into dialogue or colliding with audio. Every landscape is finally a receptacle of our own projections, an image always permeable to subjectivity. But the dream turns into nightmare carrying us back to 9/11, historical wound and change of the Western paradigm, bringing us to an altered state of consciousness that questions the looks to the real and considers a practical reformulation of the aesthetic category of the sublime: aesthetic concept that lends beauty (painful beauty) to cleavage, the tragedy, the impossible return. Nowadays we see even the threat, the horror, with the eyes of aesthetics, preventing us to finally see the true anodyne and routine face of the death.
