The elections in Russia 2012 have been falsified. The procedure of the election fraud happened in an almost absurd way. The film shows how the votes were stolen in a small town in russian north province, Kandalaksha. The supervisors of the election had enough courage not to hide the truth and to defend their rights in regional courts, although they were threatened by people from the administration. They also found out, that exactly this strategy of election fraud appeard all over the country.
