For several years my mother visited my grandmother in a retirement home for Alzheimer's patients. She was trying to cope with her mother fading away while taking care of her and of her room. In the retirement home, nurses take care of the residents : meals, games, aesthetics... Life goes by at a steady pace. While each day looks like every other in the retirement home, time seems to fly in my grandmother's room.
