Z. is a myopathie patient. He is tetraplegic. He is not entitled to hold somebody's hand, to hug someone or to make all the other sexual and loving gestures. Handicap prevents. That is its definition. But what exactly is prevented? The film is an adaptation from a text by Zig Blanquer which recounts his dialogue with the able-bodied person in a love affair. Reversing the classical report, able-bodied persons and their sensitivity are questionned by the yardstick of a disabled body. Zig Blanquer guides us around his body and interrogates ours in return.
