2 years after the serious accident of Fukushima Nuclear Plant, Taka-aki, 11 years-old boy living 40 km away from the plant spends his summer vacation in Bourgogne, France accepted by host-families. This very first occasion of being far away from his hometown induces him to make a calm and accurate accusation against the absurd on-going situation of Fukushima.
